About the community

The Accessibility Collective is a community for higher education professionals who are doing the real work of making their institutions accessible. Not just meeting a deadline. Not just checking a box. Actually building something that lasts.

Here you will find honest conversations about what works in real institutions, practical resources you can apply immediately, and people who understand the constraints you are navigating. Whether you are just getting started, mid-audit, or trying to get leadership to take this seriously, you will find practitioners here who have been in that same place.

Members get direct access to resources, tools, and frameworks from real accessibility training and instructional design work across higher education. You will also get early access to new resources as they are released and a direct line to ask questions and get practical answers, not generic guidance.

This is a working community for people who show up for their students and their institutions every day and need a place to do that together.
